1. About this policy
This policy explains how SecuraKin handles personal information. We've written it in plain English because the families we work with shouldn't have to decode legal language to understand what happens with their information.
SecuraKin is a sole-trader business operated by Lachlan Hawkins, trading under the registered business name SecuraKin (ABN: 48 573 079 215). We provide remote digital safety reviews, scam-risk guidance, and family reassurance services to Australian families.
If you have any questions about this policy or your information, contact us:
Email: hello@securakin.com.au Phone: 0427 150 595

5. The materials you share during a session, triage request, or membership review
The most sensitive information you may share with us is usually the suspicious messages, emails, screenshots, links, call summaries, or account alerts related to the situation you're concerned about. We treat these materials carefully and confidentially, with security practices appropriate to the sensitive nature of the information shared.
They are stored in a password-protected, multi-factor-authenticated work environment. At launch, only Lachlan Hawkins has routine access to customer materials. If we later involve trusted contractors or professional advisers, access will be limited to what is necessary and subject to appropriate confidentiality expectations.
They are used only to support your booked service, membership, or agreed follow-up.
They are not shared with any third party except where you ask us to, where needed to operate SecuraKin through the providers listed in this policy, or where we are legally required to.
6. How we store your information
Your information is stored using established cloud services with security controls such as password protection, multi-factor authentication, and access restrictions:
Email and documents: Google Workspace

Intake and submission forms: Tally or another form provider
Website hosting and forms/pages: Squarespace
