FAMILY PEACE-OF-MIND MEMBERSHIP
Your family's standing place to send digital concerns, without becoming the permanent help desk.
The Family Peace-of-Mind Membership gives your family a standing arrangement with SecuraKin. Which acts as a place to send suspicious messages, account alerts, and digital concerns before anyone acts on them. Written reviews. Plain-English responses. A knowledgeable person in the loop.
From $29/month Monthly billing. Cancel anytime.
Monthly billing. No lock-in. Cancel anytime by email. No passwords required. No device monitoring. Billed through Stripe.
Some families have one specific situation, complete a Digital Safety Session, and have the clarity they need. Others realise that suspicious messages, account alerts, and digital concerns keep arriving — and that a single session is not going to change that pattern.
The Family Peace-of-Mind Membership is built for the second family. The one that wants a standing arrangement: a place to send concerns as they arise, a knowledgeable person in the loop, and the confidence that comes from not having to figure it out alone every time.
Membership is for families who know this is not a one-off concern.
Membership may be right for your family if:
● Your parent receives suspicious texts, emails, pop-ups, or calls regularly and you are often unsure which ones need attention.
● You have completed a Digital Safety Session and want ongoing support rather than starting from scratch each time something new arrives.
● You are the person in the family your parent turns to with digital questions — and you want somewhere calm to direct those concerns.
● Your parent is digitally active — online banking, email, myGov, social media, streaming — and suspicious messages are a recurring part of that.
● You want peace of mind that does not rely on remembering to book a session when something happens.
Membership is not about waiting for the next crisis. It is about having the right support in place before it arrives.
How the membership works
Once your membership is active, your family has a standing arrangement with SecuraKin. When something suspicious arrives — a text message, an email, a pop-up, an account alert — you submit it through your private member submission link. SecuraKin reviews it and sends back a plain-English written response. No booking required each time. No starting from scratch.
Premium members also receive one 15-minute quarterly Digital Safety Check-In, booked through a dedicated Premium link and subject to available booking times — a short check-in to review recurring patterns and practical family safety reminders.
Billing: Monthly through Stripe. No lock-in. No minimum term. Cancel anytime by emailing hello@securakin.com.au. Membership continues to the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
What counts as one written review
Multiple unrelated messages, concerns across more than one account, or a broader situation may count as more than one review, or may be better suited to a Digital Safety Session. SecuraKin will let you know if this applies to your submission.
Each completed review includes one brief clarification reply. A clarification reply is not:
● A new suspicious message or separate concern
● A full second review
● Device troubleshooting or account support
● Ongoing back-and-forth communication about a completed review
Unused written reviews do not roll over. The monthly allocation resets at the start of each billing period. Additional written reviews are available to active members at $39 each, subject to availability.
Choose your plan
Both plans include written scam-risk reviews, a monthly member brief, and a session discount. Upgrade to Premium for a higher review allocation, priority same-business-day response, and a quarterly 15-minute Digital Safety Check-In.
No lock-in. No minimum term. Cancel anytime by emailing hello@securakin.com.au

Need more than your monthly allocation? Additional written reviews are available to active members at $39 each, subject to availability.
What happens after you join
Premium members also receive a link to book their quarterly 15-minute Digital Safety Check-In. Unused quarterly check-ins do not roll over.
What the membership is not
The Family Peace-of-Mind Membership is an ongoing digital safety review and guidance arrangement. It is not an emergency response service, a device monitoring service, an unlimited support contract, a fraud recovery service, or a legal or financial advice service.
Membership does not:
● Provide unlimited written reviews — each tier includes a clear monthly allocation
● Offer 24-hour support, same-day emergency response, or contact outside of business hours
● Monitor accounts, inboxes, devices, or activity in real time
● Guarantee scam prevention, account security, or device security
● Recover lost funds or reverse transactions
● Contact banks, platforms, government agencies, or police on your behalf
● Take remote access to your parent's device or request passwords
● Provide legal, financial, tax, or medical advice

Urgent Triage
$49

Family Peace-of-Mind Membership
from $29/month
The concern is not a single situation — it is an ongoing pattern. Suspicious messages keep arriving. Membership gives your family a standing arrangement so that every new concern has a clear, calm place to go.
Not sure which option is right?
If you have recently completed a Digital Safety Session, membership is the natural next step for families who want continued support. As a member, your family has a standing place to submit the next concern through your monthly review allocation — without needing to re-book or start from scratch each time.
Questions about membership
-
Yes. Cancel at any time by emailing hello@securakin.com.au | There is no lock-in period, no minimum term, and no cancellation fee. Your membership continues to the end of the current billing period after cancellation — you will not be charged again after that.
-
Unused reviews do not roll over. The monthly allocation resets at the start of each billing period. If your concern volume is consistently lower than your tier's allocation, Essential may be a better fit than Premium.
-
No. Unused written reviews reset at the start of each billing period. This applies to both Essential and Premium. Unused quarterly check-ins (Premium) also do not roll over.
-
Yes. To upgrade from Essential to Premium, or downgrade from Premium to Essential, email hello@securakin.com.au | Changes take effect from the next billing period.
-
Additional written reviews are available to active members at $39 each, subject to availability. Extra reviews follow the standard member review process and response windows. If this happens regularly, upgrading to Premium is likely better value. SecuraKin will let you know if your usage suggests a different tier would be more appropriate.
-
One written review covers one specific concern — a suspicious message, a message thread, a link or QR code, an account alert, a pop-up, or a phone call summary. Multiple unrelated concerns, concerns across multiple accounts, or a broader situation may count as more than one review or may be better suited to a Digital Safety Session. SecuraKin will let you know if this applies to your submission.
-
Yes. Membership covers one older parent household, which may include one older parent or two older parents living together. Up to three nominated family contacts may submit concerns on behalf of that household. The monthly review allocation applies to the household membership as a whole, not per person.
-
Yes. Membership covers one parent household. A parent household may include one older parent, or two older parents living together at the same address. One membership covers both.
-
It depends. If you have a specific situation that needs a full review right now — a particular message, an account concern, a potential scam — a Digital Safety Session is the right starting point. It gives your family a thorough review, a written recap, and a clear picture before deciding on ongoing support. If you already know the concern is recurring and want a standing arrangement from the start, you can join as a member directly.
-
The Monthly Family Safety Brief is a short, practical plain-English email sent to members each month. It covers three scam patterns currently active in Australia that are most relevant to older Australians, two practical safety reminders, and one suggested conversation prompt to have with your parent. It is not a long newsletter — it is a short, useful update designed to keep your family informed without adding to your reading pile.
-
Premium membership includes one 15-minute Digital Safety Check-In per quarter. It is a short video call — not a full Digital Safety Session — designed to review any recurring concerns or patterns, provide practical family safety reminders, and answer any standing questions about your parent's digital safety. You book it through your dedicated Premium check-in link, subject to available booking times. Unused quarterly check-ins do not roll over.
-
No. Membership is a written review and guidance service. If money is actively being moved, a scammer is currently on the phone, or there is immediate danger, contact your bank, the relevant platform, police, or emergency services first. SecuraKin is not an emergency response service and does not operate outside of business hours.
-
No. SecuraKin does not require passwords, login credentials, or remote access to any device or account. Reviews are based on information you provide — screenshots, descriptions, forwarded messages, or phone call summaries. Your parent's accounts and devices remain entirely in your control.
